SPOKANE, Wash. — A couple originally from Spokane that went viral when it snowed on their September wedding day recreated the portraits with a sunny twist.

Sean and Brittany Tuohy’s wedding photographs were all over the internet last year when a snowstorm surprised them on Mount Spokane. Their photographer Jaime Fletcher, who runs Jaime Denise Photography, first shared photos online of the couple posing in fields full of snow as fluffy flakes flew around them. It didn’t take long for the post to gain the attention of local and national news outlets.

The entire bridal party and Fletcher made the best of the situation. Still, Fletcher promised the couple that she’d fly down to Arizona, where the Tuohys live now, for another shoot since their time was cut short on their wedding day.

Fletcher just shared the new images with 4 News Now. She said she treasures the memories made during the desert photo shoot and during the Tuohy’s wintry wedding day.

“We will share that bond forever and being able to look at these and see how in love they are in both sets of images just justifies they can weather any storm,” Fletcher said.
