Cougars have a lot to play for in Friday’s Cheez-It Bowl

PHOENIX, Ariz. — It might not be the Bowl game they were hoping for before the season started, but the Washington State Cougars are in Phoenix ahead of Friday’s Cheez-It Bowl matchup with Air Force.  The Cougars are in a bowl game for a record fifth straight season.

On the line for WSU tomorrow night:  A winning record for the season, and back-to-back bowl wins for the first time in Cougar history.

Mike Leach said this week that a Bowl game is the ultimate Senior day experience as they know it will be their last game in a Cougar uniform.  This year’s Senior class wants to leave having made Cougar history with that second bowl win.
