Cooler and mild today, but more heat is on the way – Mark

It’s a nice sunny day with great 70-degree temperatures, but more heat is on the way.

It took Mother Nature some time to bring the 70s and 80s, but we’re going to hit 90 before you know it.

There will be some breezy conditions today, but it will be a great day to get outside and go for a walk.

Although our highs are below average, it’s still really nice.

We’ll be a touch warmer on Friday with the heat really coming in for the weekend.

Temperatures will be in the mid-80s for Hoopfest weekend and in the upper 80s starting next week. Then we’ll cool off as the week progresses.

If you want to avoid the Hopofest crowds, consider heading to Priest Lake for some camping this weekend!
