Coffee Chemistry
SPOKANE, Wash. — Students at Whitworth University were able to share their knowledge of coffee at a festival on campus Wednesday.
Students in a Coffee Chemistry January-term class shared their knowledge of how to process, brew, and serve the best cup of coffee.
The class says their display was a pretty popular place to be.
On Thursday, the festival will move off campus to North Central high School to present to some visiting seventh and eighth graders, then on to Tom Sawyer Country Coffee, where they will be from 11 a.m. to noon.
