Thunderstorms move in this evening and continue into the weekend – Mark

Today will start off cloudy, but evening thunderstorms are on the way.

We’re expecting showers up from the south late this afternoon into tonight.

A potential break comes Friday before more storms this weekend.

Today will be mostly cloudy and warm, but those isolated showers will move in this afternoon. If you need to get any yard work done or walk the dog – do it this morning.

Temperatures are nice and warm across the region, with Spokane and Coeur d’Alene lingering in the mid 70s.

We see more active weather Friday with the potential for thunderstorms and rainy conditions. Scattered showers return Saturday and Sunday will be another rainy day with possible thunderstorms. We dry out next week and warm back up.
