SPOKANE, Wash. — A Browne’s Addition bar has a boozy take on Baby Yoda.

Bijou shared a photo of its specialty margarita with some special touches inspired by ‘The Mandalorian’ star Baby Yoda.

The cocktail isn’t just cute, it tastes good, too. Bar owner Shelayna Skidmore told 4 News Now that the drink includes matcha, which is a finely ground powder of specially processed green tea leaves. Skidmore said that adds a savory flavor to balance the lime and agave flavors.

Baby Yoda gained widespread love this winter when the latest Star Wars film was released. Creative bartenders across the nation have shared their Star Wars themed beverages online, including this one on Reddit. Bijou is one of the latest local bars to join the trend.
