Cat gets adopted after living at Spokane Humane Society for over a year
SPOKANE, Wash. — A cat that was with Spokane Humane Society for over a year and a half has finally been adopted.
His name is Allan, and for 562 days he called Spokane Humane Society his home. He has irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and requires a special diet and medication just to function.
Some possible adopters came in at the start of the year, and according to the Humane Society, didn’t even bat an eye at all of Allan’s medical concerns. They adopted him, and while staff say they will miss seeing Allan around the building, they are happy for him.
