Car drives through front window of N. Spokane house, woman taken to hospital

SPOKANE, Wash. — A car crashed into a house near Wellesley Ave and N. Calispel St. on Friday morning.

The black BMW crashed into the front of the house, bringing down brick and fully breaking a window.

According to authorities on scene, a woman driving the car crossed through two yards and took out a street sign. She was taken to the hospital for injuries sustained in the crash.

Authorities did not say what led up to the crash.
