Butternut Squash Soup

1 large butternut squash, chopped into 1 inch squares
4 onions
1/2 cup garlic
1 t. white pepper
1 t. achiote paste
1 t. chili flake
1/2 Cup honey
3 qts veggie stock
1/2 bottle sherry

Put into a big pot , start cooking squash and chopped onions until they start to break down then add rest of ingredients and let simmer until squash is soft.

put in blender and pulse until it is a consistency you like, serve
