Beat the Book: NBA rookie of the year opening lines

SPOKANE, Wash. — Just minutes after the first round of the NBA draft wrapped up Thursday night, the opening lines for the NBA Rookie of the Year for 2023 were posted.  We take a look at those odds in this week’s Beat the Book brought to you by the Turf Club at Northern Quest Resort and Casino.

Chet Holmgren was the 2nd overall pick, but is tied for the third best odds to walk away with the rookie award.  You can get in on Holmgren at +550, number one overall pick Paolo Banchero and number three pick Jabari Smith, Jr. are the co-favorites at +350.
