Avista wants input on customer engagement

SPOKANE, Wash. — Avista is asking its customers to provide input on ways to better engage with them on future initiatives and programs.
Avista is conducting the survey as part of its Clean Energy Implementation Plan process.
Customers can take the survey through November 4. In the survey, you will be asked about your past experiences with Avista and how you would like them to communicate with you in the future.
The survey is voluntary and takes only three minutes to complete. Avista says the feedback from the survey of preferences will help develop an equitable and standard Public Participation Plan. They also say the plan will guide staff to plan for and implement this type of engagement.
