April showers forecasted for Spokane

Forecasters say Washington residents who enjoyed some warm, sunny days recently should expect April showers through the weekend.
The National Weather Service says two Pacific storms systems will move into the Northwest, one after the other on Thursday and Friday.
Rainfall totals by Friday night are expected to be 1 to 2 inches in Western Washington and 2 to 5 inches in the Cascades with snow above an elevation of about 5,000 feet.
Forecasters say the showery weather will last through the weekend.
