Another breezy, rainy day on tap Tuesday

SPOKANE, Wash. — Tuesday will be another windy, rainy day in the Spokane area.
Spokane could see wind gusts up to 25 mph, according to the National Weather Service. Winds will be slightly lighter across the North Idaho Panhandle.
Above-average temperatures will come to an end Thursday, when Spokane will cool down to a high of 35 degrees. Overnight lows will dip into the 20s.
It looks like we’ll see a slight break from the snow, until a new winter storm moves in Friday morning.
