Amtrak Cascades services resume to Vancouver, BC on Monday

SEATTLE. — You will be able to use Amtrak Cascades services again to Vancouver, British Columbia starting September 26.

Amtrak Cascades services to Vancouver, BC will resume on Monday for the first time since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The train will travel between Seattle and Vancouver. A single roundtrip will be offered every day.

The train will leave Seattle at 7:45 a.m. and will stop at five cities before arriving in Vancouver at 11:45 a.m. Amtrak Cascades will leave Vancouver at 5:45 p.m. and arrive in Seattle at 10:10 p.m.

The train route runs along the water from British Columbia through Washington and Oregon.

If you are a non-U.S. citizen traveling into the U.S. you must be fully vaccinated and have a U.S. FDA or WHO-approved COVID-19 vaccine. If you are an American citizen traveling to Canada, you must use the ArriveCAN app before you travel and wear a mask when traveling in Canada. Non-Canadian citizens must be fully vaccinated and carry the vaccination record that was uploaded into ArriveCAN.
