Airway Heights Police searching for robbery suspects accused of beating a man, breaking his glasses over $1.50

Two men suspected of robbing a man outside walmart

AIRWAY HEIGHTS, Wash. — Airway Heights Police need help finding two men who reportedly robbed a man for $1.50 outside Walmart, beating him and breaking his glasses before taking off.

Police said the man had just gotten off the bus and was walking home when the two men demanded money from him.

They allegedly punched him in the face several times, knocking his teeth loose and giving him a bloody nose and black eye.

The man handed over all the money he had- close to $1.50 in change. Police said the suspects then took his glasses and broke them.

They’re currently searching for the two men pictured. Police said it’s possible they live near Walmart, possibly at Copper Landing or the Cedar Summit apartments.
