Tuesday Night Forecast

Don’t be surprised if you’re rumbled awake by a little thunder Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning!  A strong cold front will charge through the Inland Northwest early in the morning bringing wet, windy and cool weather for Wednesday.  While the chance of thunderstorms will taper off in the early hours, the chance of rain will continue through the afternoon.  There’s going to be a big temperature drop for Wednesday.  After high temperatures in the mid 70s on Tuesday, we’ll drop 20 degrees for a high in the mid 50s !!!

Other than a few isolated showers over the Idaho Panhandle on Thursday, the second half of the week will be sunny and dry with a warming trend. Mothers Day weekend looks MIRACULOUS: sunny and warm for both Saturday and Sunday. The possibility of showers doesn’t return to our forecast until early next workweek.
