2 elk poached in Boundary County

BOUNDARY CO., Idaho – An investigation is underway after two bull elk were killed and left to waste near Kerr Lake. 

Idaho Department of Fish and Game officers believe the elk were killed sometime between the evening of April 30 and the morning of May 1. 

They were found in a private agricultural field near a county road.
